Nilo has had a passion for hair and make up all her life. She has been licensed for over 7 years and in that time has mastered a wide range of  techniques including cutting, color, up-dos and makeup.  Her work has been featured in many magazines over the years.  She has worked with many stars from international dj's and recording artists on Dancing with the stars and American idol.
As a Color Educator for Enjoy Professional Hair Care for the last 4 years, Nilo believes in continual education and strives to stay at the forefront of her field.  With her knowledge of the newest products and services available she is able to provide excellent service to her clientele.  She specializes in cutting edge coloring techniques such as foil highlights and low lights, color correction and gray reduction.  In addition to staying updated on all the latest trends in fashion cuts, razor cuts, styling, special occasion hair dressing and airbrush makeup .... This allows Nilo to give you the look you want .

Aavyn has been doing hair for 38 years and still LOVEs IT!  She considers herself the curly hair specialist, she’s also great at keeping your hair healthy.  For those clients who want go chemical free, she can help you grow out your relaxer and recommend products and styles for your natural hair.
 Aavyn has a loyal client following, some of which she’s had for over thirty years.  She has also owned two salons in the past that were very successful.   Entered and won numerous hair competitions - not to mention a chance to do Trya Banks' hair in a photo shoot which was a great experience in itself.   Aavyn has also taught classes for four major hair companies (Lanza, Aveda, Kenra Care and Schwarzkopf).  She’s  a believer in continuing education and you can always find her in a class to keep up with the most current styles and techniques.

Amy Kelly has been in the hair industry for over 17 years, with the last 8 being spent at Escape Salon.  Education has always been a driving factor for Amy, as she works tirelessly to further master her profession.  Amy has attended many classes thus far, including training from Vidal Sassoon in cutting and creative color.  Amy has also specialized in many types of hair extensions for the past 12 years.​
